Sydenham Fire Station was a London County Council Fire Station located on the north eastern edge of Crystal Palace Parade (close to the present television aerial) and was operational from 1869 until 1914. From c1921 until 1968 the buildings were used as Crystal Palace Trustees residences.
An area immediately behind the fire station was used as a camping and caravan site for visitors to the 1951 Festival of Britain.
